Can't recommend it this enough, it was exactly what I was looking for. This belt feels expensive, the quality is top notch for the price. Bought it to wear as a postnatal belt after labour, I wear it over a top, and even if it might not make my belly shrink faster, it gives amazing back support, so anyone who had been pregnant knows how painful back pains are after pregnancy, all my contractions were on the back, and this belt helps suport my back and ease the pain. Possibly could of bought an L instead of M (was a size. 8-10 before pregnancy), however, had a massive bump plus wore size 12 during the last months of pregnancy.

My teenage daughter had a back operation a while ago and she says that when she uses this product it helps her check her form when doing fitness exercises and moreover it feels very comfortable. I sort of wish we had used one a while ago... it seems a really good idea. Keeps her posture in line, makes her feel good and looks good too.

I ordered a large size and thought you could extend it more. Its not tight on me. If your a 12-14 you need to order XL size.

For a person with hyper mobility with back problems this may or may not help but apart from that it has good support and tightness

The belt is ok. I don’t think it’s a waist trainer, as I’ve been using it for a while, but don’t see any difference. My daughter wears it when her back hurts
