Pink Crystal Glass Nail Files 5.5in (Set of 4)

I can not say enough about these things, they are awesome! Here is what I like...-The finer grit gives your nail tips a MUCH smoother edge than the classic emery board.-I use these for my adhesive nail art and there is effectively no fraying at the tips, something I always struggle with when using an emery board.-CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE for the quality-They each come with a protective sleeve-After use, you can easily wash away any debris your nails have left with some soapy water and a nail brush. They look good as new!-They are a thicker glass than glass nail files I have used in the past, so they don't feel delicate (like they will break on me any minute...)-They are hygienic. I use barbicide to disinfect them if someone else wants to try them out. I personally will not use someone else's emery board because it can't be truly cleaned without messing it up. Perfect if you give mani's for a living or as a hobbyist!Like I said, I love these things and they are spot on what I need. I very much recommend them!

If you are familiar with glass nail files, these are not the best, but not the worst. They are quite thick and seem to break more easily than other glass nail files I have owned. One broke in shipping and a second broke in my flat padded wallet yet the other glass file i keep in there was not broken. The grit is thicker but still gets the job done. I would buy again in a pinch but prefer to pay a little more for a better product.

Price was nice, but they did not last long. Or long enough for me who is always breaking or chipping a nail and needing one. It was nice to get so many because I could keep one in various places. However, the roughness quickly wore off. I was hunting for a good glass file to replace one that I bought years ago and lasted forever, but I dropped it and it broke. These were a temporary fix but not what I was looking for.

I have some crystal files I bought from QVC that I am used to---but as with most crystal files they can break when dropped...so I was in the market for some replacements and couldn't resist this deal. I also like to have nail files all over the house and in every purse and in the car--so getting four files was a wonderful thought.The files are individually packaged (which is nice if you want to give them as gifts). Each one also comes with a [flimsy] plastic protector (which is also nice so they don't scratch anything else).That said, the files are not the best quality. In fact, they are far from it. They don't seem to work well at all, but they do obviously work a little--as in a worst case scenario and you can't find any other nail file around.

I purchased these only after reading the reviews. However, my experience was very different from most of the reviewers. First, I do not have artificial nails, so the nail files were not overly stressed. I found that the nail files became smooth much too quickly and were not worth the money. I purchased a Tweezerman porceline nail file to replace the glass nail files and I am very pleased with the Tweezerman, which is still as effective as it was on the day that I received it. In the long term, the Tweezerman porceline nail file will be less expensive because it will not need to be replaced for years. In addition, the quality of filing results are excellent.

Like all nail files of this material they are much longer lasting than their sand paper brethren, however these are easily the dullest nail files of this type. Possibly just frosted glass. You are probably replacing one you bought as an impulse at a craft show or received as a gift. These are not the ones you are looking for. If you need them for something other than than filing you may have luck at this price point. Everyone else buy the more expensive one and save yourself the time and trouble.

Not as good as others I've owned of this type. Works, just seems to take longer to do the job than using my old one that I purchased years ago at a craft fair. Hate that it broke and forced the search!

I'm absolutely ecstatic over these beautiful glass nail files. They came secure in the packaging nice and tight. Each glass nail file comes with it's own case to keep safe. I personally prefer these over regular file or buffer. Don't forget, that because these are glass, you need to sanitize with something like barbicide.
