Amazing! Works like magic.
Have a weird cyst from a zit 6 months ago on my face. Dermatologist said it was probably an infected hair follicle and they would need to cut it and drain. Last ditch effort tried theseThese things worked great! Really smoothed it down to be barely recognizable. Amazing. And I tried other patches that were less expensive and creams and 2% acid toners. Nothing worked. Not sure what’s in them but glad I didn’t need to go under the knife.

These are magical!
I had to see it myself to believe it, but these are truly magic. I started out with the 9-pack because I was skeptical, but I will definitely be ordering more.I am a woman in my 50s, and I don't often get pimples, but when I do, they are the deep, hard, painful, cystic type that never come to a head. They can lurk below the surface for weeks or months, sometimes flaring up and getting really red and painful, and other times just being a lump I can see/feel below the surface. Using most over-the-counter acne lotions didn't affect the cyst, and left the surface dry, crusty, and scabby. When the cyst finally went away, it would often leave a scar. Most recently, I've had one of these cysts on my cheek for over six weeks. At times, it was so painful that the throbbing would wake me up/keep me up at night. I'd have to hold an icepack on it to try to reduce the swelling and pain. I was finally about ready to make an appointment with a dermatologist, although the creams and lotions they have prescribed in the past have been expensive and haven't been very helpful. When I was searching the internet for home remedies for cystic acne, I stumbled upon these patches. As a last resort, I thought I'd try them a try.I received my order yesterday and tried one patch right away, but admittedly, I screwed it up. After removing the large circle from the square backing, I thought that the smaller circle was another covering that needed to be peeled off. I figured out that this smaller circle was the "microneedle" part, so I tried to piece it back together. The first patch worked somewhat, but I clearly didn't do it right. Then I tried a second patch, this time doing it correctly. Pressing the microneedle for five seconds as directed felt sort of like pressing velcro into my skin, not painful. I felt very minor tingling while wearing the patch; again, not painful, but sort of like a little tickle or itch. After two hours, the patch was bulging with liquid extracted from the cyst. I used a third patch with the same result. After three patches and about 8 hours later, my cyst is almost entirely gone, without any redness or flakiness. Now I'm kicking myself that I've been living with this stupid enormous zit in the middle of my face for weeks when it could have been dissolved in a day had I acted on this sooner.Simply amazing!

Overpriced/didn't work for me! Buy the "Invisible Spot Cover" (Pink box) instead.
These are incredibly overpriced ($12 for 9 patches) but I bought these anyway after having an amazing experience with the "Rael Invisible Spot Cover" patches that come in the pink box.Unfortunately, they simple didn't work for me. Not only did they not reduce the size of the zit I could feel was coming, I went through 3 just trying to get them to stick (and I always apply the Rael acne patches on a clean and dry face). I think my skin was just producing too much oil in the area that I could feel a zit coming in, but would think the product would take that into account and have never had an issue with the "Rael Invisible Spot Covers" not staying on my greasy/oily skin.Rael has a lot of great other products, but this one was unfortunately not for me.BUY THESE INSTEAD --> "Rael Miracle Invisible Spot Cover - Hydrocolloid, Acne Pimple Absorbing Cover, Blemish Spot, Skin Care, Facial Stickers, 2 Sizes (96 Count)"

They work, for real
I am very impressed with these patches. I’ve used them on two pimples. One was on the back of my neck and was getting big and sore. I used it the first day I noticed it and it was essentially completely gone after one patch used overnight! I did not think that was even possible! The second pimple, I honestly don’t even know what to call it, it was more like a boil and was so scary big and sore I thought I was going to have to go to the doctor. Luckily the patch was just big enough to cover it. This one was right next to the outer corner of my eye so I was worried about using the patch on really sensitive skin but I actually did fine with it thank goodness! That beast (deep, sore, hard cyst) required about 4 patches over 4 nights before it was down to almost nothing but that’s still hugely impressive to me and saved me a much more expensive trip to the doctor! So it does seem the worse they are, the more patches it needs, but it was 100% worth 4-5 patches to me! It’s possible it would’ve gotten rid of it sooner if I had used the patches during the day too, but I only used them at night. At any rate I highly recommend these and SO wish they’d had these when I was in my 20s and struggling so bad with cystic acne all the time.
