The real deal ~ I live on my sailboaat 7 months a year and this is my go-to for stainless steel hardware, fabrics, literally any surface that has a rust stain. I'm not sure whether or not it passivates my stainless steel, but I wax regularly so I kind of don't care.

About a month ago my wife was cleaning our shower and left the can of scrubbing bubbles on the shower floor. Me being an incredibly lazy person left it there for a week. When I finally overcame my laziness and decided to put away the can there was a giant rust ring on our tile. I was really bummed as we just redid our bathroom about a year ago. So I started to scrub away. Day after day scrubbing with few results, except for my shoulders and biceps getting bigger from scrubbing so much.Well a couple of weeks later my wife left the scrubbing bubbles can in the shower. This time it wasn't the fault of laziness as I was out of town for work. :) When I got back and saw the can and picked it up, and guess what, there was another rust ring. So here we go again, scrubbing with a variety of different cleaners hoping not to scratch our new tile, because I know that I can't afford to replace it. I can't believe how much it costs to redo a bathroom, but that's a story for another day.Day after day a kept scrubbing the tiles hoping that over time the rings would disappear but they didn't. I finally hit my breaking point, and started searching around on Amazon for rust removing products that won't harm tile. Low and behold there were a lot of them. I read tons of reviews, and honestly couldn't make up my mind.I finally decided on Magica Rust Remover after reading their reviews and finding that most of them were positive except for a few complaining that it didn't remove rust from clothing, but that wasn't my issue. My issue was tile, so I bought it.There are only two negative things that I would say about the product, one was that when I ordered the product it took several days to receive it. The second was that the opening in the cap may be a little big, so product flows out pretty quickly, but that is really knit-picky.When we returned from our vacation the Magica package was sitting on our doorstep. When I opened the box, there was legitimate excitement and nervousness. Would this product work as advertising, or am I going to have to scrub our tile until my arms look like Popeye (old school reference for you Gen Y and Zers out there)?So here I go. I read the back of the label and it says just pour it on the rust spot and watch the stain disappear. I open the top and pour a little on the stain that is more in the corner in case it ends up staining our tile. More comes out than I need, hence my comment above, and it slowly spreads out over the stain. For a minute a stare at it. I'm asking myself, "do I really not need to scrub?" I keep staring and I think my eyes are playing tricks on me. Again, back inside my head, "is the rust disappearing?" Low and behold, poof, it's gone. Honestly, I can't think of a better line than, "yes, it works like magiic." I was so excited, I moved over to the other stain. This time a little more careful pouring it out, but yes with the same results. Poof, the stain was gone.I honestly wish all products would work this good.Would I buy again? Yes, but in all honesty, I hope I don't have to as that means another can of scrubbing bubbles was left in the shower.Pros - No joke, it is magic how well this stuff works on tile. Does it work on other materials? I have no idea, but it does wonders on tile.Cons - Need to shorten those lead times. Maybe just the lid, so the product comes out more slowly, but that is really knit picky.Well done Magica!!!

The product works only the makers need to get a better quality sprayer! The one I purchased doesn't work!I don't have a replacement sprayer! This fact caused me to use more than I need by pouring it on the problem spot. For 15.00 dollars the sprayer should be quality and work without fail!

This product states that it removes rust/rust stains. I tried it on the concrete sidewalk, no change. Use it on the toilet .again it did not change the rust stain. There must be something, some product that actually removes rust. This certainly does not!
