These work great for everyone in our family to help relax before bedtime. No side effects, smell like blackberries and tea, taste great, are a good strength, and work pretty quickly. They are a good price as well.

These have worked well so far. I take one about 30 minutes before I'm ready to sleep and I just magically relax and sleep all night. They have a berry flavor that's not bad tasting, easy to chew and swallow. I haven't had any hangover feeling yet the next morning. I wake and go. Good value.

Works very well for sleeping. I have taken multiple different types of sleepy Gummies in the past and seems like my body gets used to them and it doesn’t really help me sleep after I take them for an extended period of time these on the other hand were the best I’ve used so far. The only downside is that unless you get at least eight hours of sleep, they do make you a little bit groggy the next day. I don’t take any caffeine or any stimulant whatsoever in the morning so maybe that’s my problem but they do make me a little sleepy for an hour or two when I first get up But they do help you go to sleep within probably half an hour to an hour. The only other issue I have with these is that whenever I take a sleepy gummy, I usually have crazy dreams, but I guess that’s a fun part but they do work relatively fast and they’re pretty strong

I love Olly products. This works great and helps me sleep at night. The smell is a bit strong when you open it but it’s not terrible just extremely fruity but better than a bitter vitamin smell. Love this product.

I have bad insomnia that comes and goes and have for 30+ years. Sometimes no matter what time I go to bed or how tired I am I just will not fall asleep and nothing seems to help. Magnesium, Benadryl, loading up on melatonin, working out, meditation. I will be awake nearly all night. Sometimes I’ll fall asleep and then wake up a couple hours later and not be able to sleep anymore. Too many times I’ve gone to work at 6:30am on 1-2 hours of sleep despite going to bed at 8pm. Even on my best nights I typically wake up every hour or two so my sleep is never deep for very long.Enter these gummies. I was super skeptical because I’ve tried everything but these actually work for me. In fact a whole gummy is too much for me (leaves me drowsy the next day). Half of one of these 15-30 minutes before bed helps me fall asleep and STAY asleep. I wanted to happy cry the first morning after taking these because I slept so hard and sound and only woke up once to use the bathroom. For me these have been a life saver.I wish they were cheaper but they’re worth it for me. They taste ok, and they seem to work best for me if I chew them for a minute or so before swallowing.

I love these melatonin, gummy’s. I also take the women’s multivitamin and I went a whole year without having a cycle and I swear by it after I started taking the multivitamin. I have had a regular period the last two months I’m not saying that it’s due to the vitamins but that’s the only thing that I have changed and as far as the melatonin gummy’s, they work amazing I sleep so good and I don’t wake up feeling groggy or tired. Highly recommend this brand in general all of their vitamins and Gummies are super good and they taste really good very good priced as well.

I'm not getting the reviews of 'bad taste' or 'nightmares', but then again, everyone is different. For me, these are very effective with taking just one gummy per night. Taken half an hour before bed, I can feel them kicking in. An hour later, I'm ready for bed. One thing I can say is I have the most vivid dreams with these, which is ok. Unlike some, I'm not afraid of dreaming, so long as I come out of it. And the taste is delicious. Just don't eat them all.
