Tastes artificial, sweet
It is very sweet, in case you are looking for something more bitter. Kind of candy-ish.It does taste artificial, however.

Slowly stir it up when you first get it and then store it upside down in the fridge. It’s so good!

All you have to do is stir it and put it in the refrigerator. Then the consistency is great! I love the taste! Can't wait for it to become available again!

Separates
The oil separated in the shipment of the product and unable to mix back together. Big clump and oil on top. Maybe if shipped at a different time of year it would be better?

Great flavor, very good for watching your carbs. The maple adds a touch of sweetness but doesn’t make it taste like pure sugar. Spreads like butter! I love this!!!
