I’ve received the ‘TUSA digital car tyre inflator’ on 06-Nov-2020. Thereafter, I used this digital inflator for my car, MTB (Mountain cycle), football, and three baby toys for the last 12 days. For car, football, and MTB (Mountain cycle), I used it daily and for baby toys, I used it thrice in a week. I also used it duly plugged the power cord both into my car’s 12V cigarette lighter socket as well as into (Bracewell) 12V 120W | AC to DC Power Adapter Converter Car Cigarette Lighter Socket.My reviews-Pros:1. It was very well packed.2. It is made out of high-quality ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) [(C8H8)x•(C4H6)y•(C3H3N)z] plastic.3. Looks are great, appears to be sturdy.4. It is light in weight (1 kg approx.)5. It has a longer Cable [12.10 feet (3.70 M)] that helped to reach any of the four tyres of my car irrespective of how far they are from the ignition point.6. It has different measuring units from PSI to KPA, BAR, KG/CM² which can be changed with the R button whereas the pressure units can be increased or decreased with + or -. I used the most common unit ‘PSI’ (Pound-force per square inch).7. With 4 different nozzle types, it worked perfectly fine for not just cars but also for bikes, bicycles (MTB), football, and toys.8. It has an LED torch that helped in making sure that I plugged and played the device right in dark at night.9. It has bigger digits, so I, being a senior citizen, can also read the numbers on the screen without my reading glasses.10. It has an inbuilt Pressure Gauge for which it is used not just to pump air but also to check the air. In that case, I used it only for the top-up.11. It has an automatic ‘SHUT OFF’ facility, therefore there is no need to power off, the device shuts down automatically after filling up the tyres.12. It has a 1-year warranty and the manufacturer has extended this warranty up to 2 years after I registered online with the manufacturer website: https://tusa.co.in/13. I used this digital inflator for my car, MTB (Mountain cycle), football, and three baby toys using different nozzles.14. It inflated my car’s emptied tyre from flat to 30 PSI in less than 4 minutes.15. After-sale service: In case if there are any defects within the warranty period, this product is replaceable.Cons:1. None of the 4 different nozzle types is compatible with the ordinary Dunlop cycle tyre’s nozzle. I had to use another adopter to inflate the Dunlop cycle tyre with this digital inflator.2. No service network over the country: After-sale service: In case if there are any defects or any problem beyond the warranty period, then this product is to be sent by the customer at his own expense to get it services. This part of recurring liability in terms of bearing one-way courier’s charge (excluding repairing cost) is due to lack of servicing network all over the country.

I have been using the Tusa Tyre Inflator since August 2019. The inflator is very accurate, convenient and easy to use. Recently (March 2025), the nozzle broke due to wear and tear. I contacted the Tusa Customer care team in Hyderabad and they immediately responded and said to send the product for repairs. They kept me informed throughout the process and sent the product back in excellent working condition. I am very happy with the service providedI would highly recommend the product.

I have been planning to buy a portable tyre inflator since a long time as I hate to go look around for puncture shops or wait in a long queue at the gas station.I finally purchased this from TUSA, after going through a lot of reviews and doing a lot of research online. My reasons to buy this :-1. The cheaper ones that you get on Amazon in and around 1000-1500 bucks don't come with the auto shutdown feature. This is a nice to have safety feature cuz in case you get distracted while filling up air, you risk over inflating your tyre and damaging it. Also it's a peace of mind feature for me.2. After filtering out the rest according to the above step, I was left with Amazon Basics and Tusa. After seeing a lot of reviews, came to the conclusion that the Amazon Basics one had some shortcomings like - not a snug carry bag, not a bright LED light, the meter reading display not being backlit or LED type.3. Hence, I decided to buy the TUSA one because it trumps the Amazon basics one on the points I mentioned above.Now that I have got and used the Tusa one once, here's my review:-1. Looks fabulous with the sporty and black color treatment. You can flaunt it and use it before others.2. Built quality is quite sturdy with the usage of Hard plastic.3. The air pipe is of great quality and braided quite nicely which will last over a long time.4. The 12V power cord is adequately long as I was able to fill up air in my Stepny without much trouble. I have a Baleno which is a fairly long car by it's standard.5. Ease of Operation - Operating it was a charm and it worked exactly as mentioned in the manual / video reviews.6. Automatic shutdown worked flawlessly each time i used it. I was specifically testing this as this was one of my major requirements as mentioned above.6. Accuracy - It was fairly accurate in my testing with a error of only -0.5 PSI on each of the tyres I tested it on. I tested the tyre pressure with a Coido manual gauge bought from Amazon. In my opinion this is the closest you can get to with a tyre inflator and gives you the peace of mind.7. LED light was fairly bright in night condition.8. Last but not the least the Bag provided provides a snug fit to the device alongside the power cord folded inside. There's also a small pouch on the outside where you can put the extra fuse or the pins that come along with the product.Tip - Keep the input pressure higher by 0.5-1 PSI because while removing the air pipe there's some inevitable leakage which is natural.So all in all a PEACE OF MIND purchase.

I had purchased the product in 2020, it worked fine till 2025 and than the pipe cracked.I contacted the support team via email, they asked me to send the unit to their address for repair. I had to bear the courier charges only as product was out of warranty the repair was FREE of charge, but they sent me within 3 days working and perfectly good condition.Always would suggest to go for their product, they are supporting customers even after warranty period expiry which is really appreciable.
