Overall product is good but as usual issues with Handle. Frequently stuck while pulling out and putting in. Seems like cheap quality handle used

Bought the suitcase for an international trip. When the luggage arrived at the destination, saw the top handle missing. Did not really notice it. Picked up the suitcase from the baggage rack at the airport and lo and behold!! I only had the handle in my hand and the entire suitcase was on the airport floor. This happened at a foreign airport and boy was I embarrassed 😳. Would not recommend the product to anyone. It will cost you a lot by way of buying a fresh product later. Highly disappointed!!!

It is not scratch proof. One flight visit has damaged the outer surface of the bag

I just got this trolley yesterday and i was packing to go back home and this happened. The inner zipper got broke and now i don’t even have time to return this because i have to catch my flight. I trusted the company but this product is really not worth it. It’s such a cheap product. Bhaii chalane ka mauka tak nahi mila pehle hi zipper bigar gya .

I got this order and it got damaged. The worst part is that I tried contacting the support but they never answered it. Good luck if buying the product just because Chandu colors are available. It is not at all durable. Thanx
