Usually I buy these type of things expecting them to be cheap junk and I'm rarely surprised by what I get. But these are an exception. Not flimsy because they're too thin. They even come with a storage bag.

I love these. After several years of kabobs and s'mores, they are still clean.They are strong and sharp, and if you use them with with special equipment (or a pair of hacked-up metal risers like I do on my grill) then you can get perfect rotation every time due to the corkscrew profile near the handle. Without supports on each end, though, that corkscrew profile won't help you.I've had other skewers that were coated with something and when that coating comes off... you are eating it. Plus, that coating protects the underlying metal so it rusts. Not these!

Very nice length

They look good. Some were not completely twisted or bent, but that should be expected as it clearly states "Made in China" almost as the company brand. The gage is sufficient for the 17 inch length. The smaller ones are much more flimsy, but that tracks because they are considerably smaller. Either way, I have 30 17 inch skewers and 6 of the 14 inch skewers.
