Fixed my problem
Was an absolute pain to get to on 3.6l jeep grand cherokee. Besr way to do is unclip wire harness ypu can and put a 19mm deep socket to brake it free

Perfect fit for 2015 Jeep Wrangler
There are two different sensors listed for water temperature. If you need the one that goes at the left rear of the engine block, this is the one. It has the smaller diameter threads that are needed. The other sensor has larger diameter threads and will not fit here.

Not a new part
I was supposed to have received a new part...however upon arrival it was OBVIOUSLY a USED PART. The threads had dirt / trash / old dried up fluid stuck between each thread and the bolt of the head had marks on it from where it had been installed / removed previously from another vehicle.

Exact replacement
I had the P0128 error code on my 14 Wrangler so it was either the thermostat or this sensor that needed to be replaced. I went with this first as it was the cheaper option. Easy to install and did the trick.

Fixed it!
Good factory part went right in and had the crush washers installed so no leaks.
