Keeps beverages hot for a long time
This pot works great at keeping my tea hot for me at night! I love a few cups and this is wonderful.

Did not work AT ALL!
Doesn't work!!!! Doesn't retain heat. After about 5 weeks, we noticed that the carafe had lost the ability to retain heat. The side of the carafe was warm, indicating that the vacuum was broken.It was the same as pouring our fresh hot coffee into a bowl. It was room temperature within the hour.Too late to return.Don't buy this item!!!

BE AWARE: It only keeps liquids hot if it's full
This is a decent thermos, but don't believe the claims about how long it keeps liquids hot. I make a pot of coffee in the morning, and it's room temperature after 6 hours -- because I drink it thru the morning. If you fill it and leave it for a few hours, yes, it will stay piping hot. That's fine if you're having people over and need to make the coffee in advance. But if you drink it thru the day, by the time you get to the last 2 cups, you'll have to reheat them in the microwave. Otherwise, it's easy to use, no leaks after a month, comfortable to hold. Seems like every thermos makes outrageous claims about how long it will keep beverages hot, but once you let air get in, a hot beverage will cool. That's plain, simple physics. I would have rated it higher if the company had tempered their claims with reality.
