I love this thing! It comes in a carry case, that I thought I would never use. But it is handy to pack and take everywhere with me. Traveling for business or pleasure, I love having my yoga strap right with me to stretch the kinks out of my limbs and back! I use it to warm up before my workout and cool down. I even like to wake up and do a few stretches. I've had yoga straps in the past but this one was recommended to me, and I can see why now. The hand/foot loops are handy and easy to get your foot into, due to the off set nature of them. The loops are right where you need them, no matter your size & I like that it is long enough!It even says on the literature that you can use it as a tow strap! I'm thinking of taking it camping and started thinking off all kinds of uses!Love this and it will be on my list of things to give as gifts now!

I ABSOLUTELY love this product. The strap is a great length & relatively soft, but durable/ strong. I have used it a couple times and gotten AMAZING stretch sessions. The loops provide a great grip. The band is wide enough that it doesn't cut into you as you stretch. I really like that it is smooth, with no sharp glued edges or cinches so it glides as I move. Because if the length its’s also versatile as it can be used for several different exercises. This particular one came highly recommended by my instructor because of its versatility. Extra bonus - it comes in its own bag which keeps its neat in my bag.

My range of motion is not what it used to be but I love trail running. I've been trying to get more stretching done to increase my range and increase my speed some. Doing static stretches after is helpful, but I wasn't getting enough out of it. I started using this strap and noticed a difference the next day. I was not as stiff when starting my run and I did not feel as bound up later in the day after my run. Having the strap to apply the extra pressure is very helpful. I still can't touch my toes with my knees straight, but it gets me farther. The strap is very simple in design and built sturdy. it does what is needed effectively. I do recommend it if you need something to help you go a bit farther to really benefit from your stretch routines.

I have knee valgus and often times what makes my condition worse is not stretching. I am inactive and find doing the stretches necessary to relieve my tension for the day quite difficult as I am not flexible enough to perform certain positions. Then I came across this bad boy online and it's made a massive difference in pain relief for me. My ankles experience the most tension and in the morning and at night I put my foot into a loop, hold onto the ends of the straps and lift my leg up and out. Doing this repetitively has improved my flexibility and greatly improved my quality of life on a day to day basis.I recommend this to anyone with a similar condition or who experiences chronic pain. It's wonderful.

I am a Physical therapist and I LOVE this product! It has so many uses and a great versatility for my patients. The affordable price will be perfect for my patients as well. The handles make it so easy to adjust your grip and keep your grip in the desired spot. The band is well made and I love that it comes with its own convenient travel pouch. The material is comfortable against the skin, and easy to hold onto without slipping. The company also offers two free downloadable ebooks with great tips and exercises to make the most of my stretching for those not currently on a physical therapy regime.

A lot of stretching straps sold for ballet dancers are elastic and a large singular loop, essentially a giant rubber band. This strap does not have any give, so if that's what you're looking for I can recommend it. As a ballet dancer, I found it a useful tool to use to stretch your extensions when you do not have a partner to help you. The multiple loops in various places give easier handholds, as well as places to put your feet, and could also be used to track your progress as you stretch over time. I have been meaning to buy a strap to stretch with for some time now and I can say that I recommend this one. THe material is durable and looks like it will last for a long time.

This product is easy to use and seems to be of good quality. It is long enough that at 5’9” I am able to put one loop on each leg in a full straddle which is very convenient for stretching from side to side. The only problem I have with this product is I ordered the blue color and received gray, which was a small inconvenience for a good product.
