Healthy snacking through Mindful millet and other sensible grain bars and laddoos.
1.Laddoos and Mindful healthy eating bars- been a totally eating changer for me- being a diabetic , rry.Snackjng on these healthy sweet !!! We you crave chocolate daily but don't want to get fat than this is the best option for you. It is a healthier option than chocolate and it will fulfill your sugar cravings without thinking too much about sugar intake.

Does not match the description AT ALL. NOT GOOD FOR DIABETICs
Product arrived way later than promised. Each bar is full of a thick layer of sugary sweet chocolate on one side. So far I have found only chocolate ragi combinations whereas I had ordered variety product.It's very sweet with loads of added sugar and I was specifically charmed by the description of millets and no added sugar. In short it's fraud, unless you like that kind of stuff

The taste is good and this is a great snack.
The taste is very good and feels like having a chocolate or something. But unfortunately the portion size is not that big. So if you are taking it for being on a diet or to replace it for a meal then there are better options available. It's great as a snack to have. Also do check the nutritional information before buying it. It's not a protein bar or something. It's just a normal bar rich in fibre,iron, calcium etc and also contains good amount of sugar and carbs and low in protein.
