I was on the fence about buying this product even though it had mostly good reviews there were a lot of negative reviews.I am a small candle business and this is absolutely changed how I makes candles it’s so much easier now I’ve probably made hundreds of candles with this and it works just as good now as it did the first time that I used it

I own 2 wax melters my this brand a 17.5 lb and a 10 lb. After 5 months of normal use it started tripping my breakers regardless of if anything was sharing outlet or not, or if anything else was plugged in or turned on including overhead. Also plug was hot to touch when breaker flipped. I reached out to seller to ask for a refund on a dangerous and defective item and Eric basically told my house (which is 9 years old and has NO electrical problems, everything else works great) is to blame not their products and refused to refund or even replace (which I’ve lost all confidence in this brand now anyway so it’s fine) with same item as it became defective after the 30 day return window.

Had some initial problems with the gasket but was able to resolve the issue. Seller was very easy to work with and sent me some extra parts if there’s any problems in the future. Can make about 20 8 ounce candles per batch
