The powder is large and gritty. It is impossible to mix with any liquid and swallow. I returned it.

I went without this for a week while away for work and my muscle twitching symptoms got noticeably worse. I do two scoops morning and evening.Recipe: stir two scoops into half a glass of hot water and leave for a minute to dissolve. Stir some more then add a scoop of Bone Broth (Dr Axe pure is what I use). Add some more hot water, stir more, and leave for a minute. Add a splash of lemon juice (2 tablespoons - buy the bug bottles at CostCo) and a splash of Apple Cider vinegar (2 tablespoons). Stir as needed. Enjoy your healing! :)Edit: January 2019 update - still going strong with the mix above. Muscle twitching is still happening, but minimal. I just had a few days without it because I was traveling for work and I believe I can feel the difference. Good stuff!

I really like this stuff it seems to take the pressure out of my head.

I was using a tincture for quite a while but the alcohol started bothering my stomach. I switched to this product and got the same result without the stomach trouble. Gou teng really makes a difference with the brain fog I experience due to Lyme. I take only one or two grains in a capsule 2X a day. To me it seems powerful. Buhner was right about this herb!
