Horrible performer!
UPDATE 2-2-17: The door that covers the charge ports has completely broken off and rendered the charger completely inoperable. I've had this for a few weeks now and it now takes first prize as the worst electronic device I've purchased in the last three years from Amazon. This charger takes nearly 8 hours to fully charge from empty. When charging a certified quick charge 2.0 device (the power Pack says it's also backwards compatible to 2.0), it took 4 hours to charge a 3500mAh battery from 10% to 80%, and the packs battery indicator level dropped from full to less than 30% remaining according to the booklet. I'm asking for a replacement or refund due to maybe item having old or dead cells?

Failed after 6 weeks
If I'd reviewed this sooner, I'd have given it a higher rating. Fortunately, I didn't, and I can give a more accurate review. It worked fantastically for about a month. Unfortunately, it completely failed a couple of days ago meaning it worked properly for about 6 weeks. While it worked it was great. Yes, it was a cheap battery, but I'd still expect it to last much longer than a month before failing. Don't waste your money.

Very nice looking compact power bank
Very nice looking compact power bank, love the usb charging ports sliding cover, so cool. How many times it could charge my iphone 7? I've fully charged my iphone7 3 times with it and there is still has power left. How long it would take to recharge this power bank? I recharged it with my Apple 2.1A AC adapter, took 5.5 hours from empty to 100%, not sure if it is normal...

The charging speed is very fast and the hand feels good. It can use three mobile phones to fully charge. Innovative design, easy to carry. I have it very exam. Very satisfied. I will also buy a second one.

Quick charge capability works fine.
Works exactly as it should. The sliding doors are unnecessary and feel like they need care in handling, but keep out pocket lint.

Excellent battery pack!
This is an excellent power bank. I love the way that it feels, because it has a great surface. I was wondering how they would make a battery waterproof, and it has snaps on both ends that close so that it protects both ports from water. So, it's not waterproof when you're charging this, or when you're using it to charge, but it repels water when the ends are clamped down. To be honest, I haven't submerged this in water, because I really like it so I don't want to do destructive testing on it. But, for what I need it for, which is leaving it out in the rain, this works great! It only has three charging lights, where most battery packs have four. So, that took a little getting used to. It charges my phone about three times, so it's probably not the full 10k mAh's that it claims, but it's close.Overall, it's one of my favorite battery packs. It's not too big, and it's great to throw in my backpack.*WonderPod gave me this bank to review*

Fantastic power bank that is (at the current $20 cost) a little overpriced in today's market
I have a number of power banks in all sorts of shapes and sizes, so I accepted a free sample of this bank in exchange for me taking the time to evaluate it and share my observations with you in the hopes that it can help you in your shopping. In short, I think that this is an impressively made power bank that is small and has a great feeling case, and I really like the sliding covers over the ports. However, with a 1A input and only one output (albeit a 2.1A output), the current price of $20 makes me recommend that you look at other options because you can get more for your money.I've had this power bank for over nine months now. I do really like it, and this was the first ever product that I received with a flat USB connector that slides right into a USB port without the regular sleeve (imagine a USB connector with only the inner center part). It is so cool. I actually didn't know what it was at first, but I eventually figured it out. I can be a little slow. :) The cable has held up great, and I love the design of it.The power bank is pretty small for a 10000mAh unit, and it will easily fit in a pocket. It's about as wide and thick as other power banks that I have with this capacity, but it's only about half as tall. When I got this back in August 2015, the current ratings for the input and output port were fairly typical, but it was unusual to only have one output. However, the 1A input these days is starting to be dated with newer units having 2A (or higher) inputs. The 2.1A output is still holding its own, though, but there are some fast charging power banks on the market now that will charge even faster. The surface of the case feels fantastic, feeling like a smooth (but not slick) rubber. The sliders are easy to move but give a solid and reassuring "snap" when you get them into place.Overall, I think it's a great power bank and would easily recommend it if it were slightly less expensive. At the current price of $20, I think it's overpriced compared to other options that you can get these days. At $10, it would be a steal, though - so the fair price is somewhere in between. It's not a rip off by any means, but the price did hold me back from giving it that fifth star.
