Reserveage - Grape Seed Extract with Resveratrol, for Antioxidant Protection, 60 Capsule

I’ve been taking this brand for about a year now. Not sure exactly what antioxidants are but a friend told me it was good for me. I used to get many colds each year but I have not been getting as many as I did before. I used to buy from Sprouts but Amazon was a little cheaper and so much easier to get. Don’t have to fight for a small parking space.

We have only been taking the grape seed extract for about a week so really don't know yet the over all effect, I do know that it is very good for your health with polyphenols which most people don't get in their diet. All I can say is one capsule a day with a lot of good things for your everyday health.
