This is a very good source for electrolytes. It is good for leg cramps.p

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Price is Fair. Easy to use. One Important Note....Honestly, as others have stated, the Taste is yucky, but I just take a quick capfull of the Lytes... then immediately chase it down with a glass of wonderful cool water. Problem Solved and my Electrolytes are absorbed. Taste no Longer an Issue! Go ahead and have something delicious now or take a bite of an apple or whatever, to leave ya feeling refreshed with a good taste. All in All, Excellent Product and I will purchase AGAIN.

It certainly gives you a lot more energy. Great to take first thing after waking up.

NO RETURNSI got mine in the mail and noticed that it had some white stuff inside sitting at the bottom of the bottle. At first glance I assumed it was plastic, being pregnant, I am not going to take any chances. I went to try and return it but found I was unable to, which granted is my fault, I could’ve check the return policy. So I went to the reviews to see if anyone else had gotten a bottle with this white plastic. I came across one review who said his had “crystallized due to heat exposure.” So now I’m thinking it’s not plastic but crystals? I do live in Arizona and with summer approaching this seems like the culprit. Just sucks because I feel like I can’t order another one for the same reason (summer approaching) without getting another bottle with the same issue. So if you live in a hotter climate, don’t order this until it cools off or else you’ll waste $30.

Use this product whenever I am dehydrated. Also with a colonoscopy prep in place of sugared ones.

She said that when your body needs it, it tastes awful, but as you require less, it tastes better. Well, it tasted awful at first, but now it just makes regular water taste *full* or satisfying, and I especially like it in club soda as it replicates the flavor of expensive mineral water.When you're really thirsty, you can drink a lot of water but not feel satisfied. Add a tiny amount of this, and you feel as if you're quenching your thirst.I take a half a capful in a glass of water, once or twice a day if I'm not doing much, and more often in summer or with exercise.

This really works to give the body electrolytes. Only thing l don't like is the salt crystals on the bottom. Not sure if it can be helped.

Can deal with the taste.
