ESV Study Bible, Large Print (TruTone, Mahogany, Trellis Design, Indexed)

I love this Bible. It is so nice. I bought it for my sister. I like the larger print and the tabs that are on the pages so it will be easier for her to find the different books of the Bible. The ESV study Bible is an excellent translation also.

I really like this particular ESV Study Bible very much. It is thicker than the standard size print with a little over 3000 pages and a little heavier. I would highly recommend going with the large print over the standard size print.I like the helps in the ESV version Study Bible due to many scholars writing the helps instead of just one person. Not everyone will agree with every entry (including myself) in the helps, but I like them better overall. There are additional information pages included in this Bible that are quite useful to help with understanding. In this particular Bible, you have double column for scripture instead of single column like most of the ESV Study Bibles. I like double column, some may not. This is the Bible I now use daily as my main source. I do compare with other versions as necessary, NKJV, NIV, NASB, NLT, MacArthur.This particular Bible is my favorite for daily use!I'm not a Bible scholar or theologian. I'm not writing a review based on that. I find this version to be quite accurate while being very readable.

The mighty word of God is great in any form but this is quite nice to read

I was born and raised a Presbyterian, lived a rich hedonistic life, and am now seeking more on a different level. I want to learn more about the bible and how it has inspired us for millennia, I am trying to become genuinely enlightened, and this ESV bible has become my initial go-to reference when I dig deeper into some scripture reference I encounter.

It's a tremendous blessing to my husband and I that our daughter and son-in-law (really my bonus son) wanted a study bible and this bible was attractive,also large print. I pray they continue to study God's Word in depth and reap the rewards therein for many, many years.

I was SO excited to get this new large print ESV commentary Bible, but was a little disappointed with the print size. The photo I posted is of the new ESV Bible on the right and my NIV large print Bible on the left. You can see the difference in the size of the print. It was a huge Bible and I assume if they used larger print it would have been just too large and heavy. It is well made and the commentary is great.

This is a beautiful bible and the large print is a perfect size for me! Also, the trellis design on the trutone cover is beautiful and looks more burgundy than brown. I've been looking for a new bible for awhile now and I think this one is perfect for me. I finally found a large print bible where the print is large enough for me to read easily, but not too large. It has lots of notes and supplemental material. So between the large print and the supplemental material it is quite large, but worth it. I Love it!

Great bible, however DONT BUY FROM AMAZON. Clearly been opened and used, which was not disclosed. Was under the impression I was buying new but that wasn't the case. Wouldve been fine with me if this was disclosed beforehand rather than sold as new.

I just opened the box containing my new Bible. It's simply breathtaking! The large print is actually large enough for my failing eyes to read. One thing that often isn't mentioned is the font: In this Bible it's clear enough, and the ink is dark enough, to make reading easier. And the pages are just thick enough that bleed-through doesn't cause visual confusion.I look forward to discovering the many wonderful features of this Bible, and I happily recommend it.
