For the fermentation of grape, fruit and fruit juices as well as fruit and fruit mashes for the production of brandy. Content sufficient for 10 - 50 l. Application: Let the contents of the sachet swell (rehydrate) in approx. 1/8 l lukewarm water (approx. 30-35 ° C) for 2-3 hours. Then add to the juice to be fermented. Please note that the temperature difference between yeast batch and juice is not greater than 2 ° C! It is best to set up the fermentation tank at 15-20 ° C. Store pure yeast in a cool, dry place. Use pack at once!
