Two pieces excellent for cooling effects
Excellent for use in hot weather.

Brilliant, especially for such a low price
This great thing has certainly solved the problem I was having, which was a hot and uncomfortable pillow that I had to turn over every 30 seconds. Much cheaper than the seemingly only other option which is buying a new pillow that stays cold. The only issue is that it slips and slides from a tilted pillow which is expected as it isn’t secured, but other than that: no complaints. Thanks very much.

cool sleep
soo easy to use, no freezing. bought for mum to use in her sciatic cushion + me to use in my pillow at night to reduce night sweats. can instantly feel the coldness through pillowcase. great size. not noisy or uncomfortable to sleep on. it does warm up eventually but its large enough that you can just move along the pillow to a cool spot. would recommend + would buy again. great value double pack.

Slip but cool
After using these cooling mats in our pillows, we found that it took a couple of nights to adjust to them, but they do help to cool you down. Unfortunately, we've experienced that the mats tend to slip down to the bottom of the pillow case, which can be uncomfortable.

Versatile and does the job
A great buy. Very handy, I use mine on a pillow and behind my back in the car. It is also useful for injuries as it gives instant cooling so helps with pain and inflammation. Would definitely recommend.

Better placed in fridge and freezer on hotter nights
Bit floppy and can cause scratch in face from edges when sleeping. Better if place in fridge and use it on hotter nights in freezer! On the downside This version of mat gets very wet when defrosting as it is a smoother surface and tends to drip!
