Tasteless in water
I add 2ml using the dropper (2 droppers full) to a glass of water in the morning and before bed. It is tasteless and doesn't upset my stomach.

I can't find on this bottle where it says seed oil/extract, all I can find is grapefruit. still seems good stuff though for colds etc.
