This is an excellent product for older or senior horses that are hard to keep weight on. My mare has been on this twice daily since March 2025, and in that time I have noticed a huge difference in her health. She has gained weight, her coat has improved enormously, and her hoof growth and stability are off the chart. Plus, she has plenty of energy for work, but is not in any way "hot" or hard to ride. I like the convenience of this product as well- it's easy to feed and it's very palatable, which makes it good for picky eaters. All in all, I give this product 5 stars. I keep buying this. If you have senior horse this is my remedy for 25- 30+ year old horses to keep the weight on and they look healthy. Highly recommend this!

This product works very well for our 25 year old horse. It has helped him tremendously gain some weight back.

Quality, you can tell since we added it to his feed the acceleration in gaining weight but it's not his favorite flavor

So far so good, middle of my second bag for my older horse that recently had some weight loss prior to having a few teeth pulled. Flax is full of omegas and fattys so I know it’s benefiting her. They sell this same product at tractor supply for $35, I’ll keep buying it here at $22!

My mules that are on the skinnier side love this product and do very well on it. I just put a scoop into their grain or dust it into their hay.

Really helped put weight back on my elderly mini. I haven't tasted it, but it smells delicious, lol.

This stuff does work. I have a 26 year old gelding horse that gets this and is starting to built the weight back on. Vet suggested getting a high fat supplement added and it works. I'm very skeptical on what I give my horses but this does work.
