I knew I didn’t want the new led panels to be yellow and opted for the 5000k daylight panels from Blueplanet2000. I was somewhat hesitant to order for the entire office without seeing how they looked, so I ordered for a couple rooms first to check them out. They look great and it definitely brightens up the office. I have ordered the remaining panels and expect them in a couple days. They are listed as prime delivery and fulfilled by Amazon and there was a major glitch on first time I ordered. After about 2 weeks, I still didn’t have a shipping date/arrival date. I contacted seller and they were very responsive and showed me a screenshot that confirmed that Amazon had plenty of their product. After contacting Amazon, I had to cancel the order and then reorder them. I wasn’t in a super big hurry for them so it turned out fine, but it was a bit odd as this was the first time I have ever ordered anything from Amazon that didn’t have super fast delivery. I figure they are due for a glitch every now and then since they are usually lightning fast. My second order to complete all lights at the office went through without a hitch. It wasn’t typical lightning fast 2 day prime delivery (I ordered Tuesday at 4pm and they are set to arrive Friday) which is fine by me and understandable I suppose given the weight and dimensions of boxes. Amazon has spoiled us these days when we order some items late night and they seem to arrive the next day. The boxing for these panels seems to be well done. Everything was in good shape.If I had any complaint/suggestion it would be to be super careful and gentle when you insert the power supply and neutral wires into the plastic wire connector inside the LED driver box. The plastic connector can break easily, so insert the wires gently and be gentle as you tuck the wires into the driver box as you replace the lid so as not to put too much pressure on these plastic wire connectors. Not a big deal if you are gentle, but they will break if you get too carefree about stuffing wires into the LED driver box.

I bought these lights for the finished basement which has to keep its drop ceiling due to pipes and wires. I hated the old fluorescent fixtures: blubs constantly going out, flickering, the plastic cover that would always need cleaning. I looked very carefully to find these and I love them! I have 4 panels for the basement which is exactly the amount needed for the space. These lights are truly dimmable: not a 3 way like so many others that call themselves dimmable. I made sure to get the 0-10V LED Dimmer Switch ( actually got 2 in order to allow the front section of the room to be lit, just the back part, or both). I did have these installed by an electrician who was impressed with the fixtures. Love these!

Buyer be ware this product is not as advertised.... 1st its a 75 watt not 60 watt like advertised thus the draw on it is more than expected. 2nd the panel is very poorly constructed leading to shadows in the panel and not one panel we received out of 8 were free from defects. 3rd the instructions inside are not for this panel it was for another led driver.... I sent them all back

I am new to LED light installation. DO NOT WIRE DIRECTLY TO 110!!! You MUST use the LED DRIVER provided or you will break the lights. I ordered a 4 pack of these LED panel lights. I tried to wire the first 2 lights in on my own. The directions provided were a little confusing because the LED driver included was different from the provided diagram. After I failed multiple times I e-mailed the company. They responded promptly with the above pictures and a wiring schematic for the LED driver that I was provided. This was very helpful and I was able to successfully wire in the other two lights. I then e-mailed the company to ask if there was any way to fix the lights that I had damaged by wiring them improperly. They indicated that the product was damaged but offered to replace the damaged part for free.The lights are great and I would definitely buy more now that the company has been so great to deal with.

The panels look great and were well packaged. My electrician damaged a terminal on the LED driver circuit board while installing a 16awg solid conductor wire, the largest size that fits. The wire fits and holds well, but the terminal cannot support bending the wire as one might when getting it to fit inside the LED driver cover. Carefully install the wire and clamp the strain relief without putting stress on the terminal and you will love the results, it is not difficult. Once installed these panels look great and and save energy while producing lots of light.

These look great. I am so happy with how my basement looks. Changeover wasn't very hard, but the design of the box being screwed into the back of the panel means you really need an assistant. I've done similar puck type lights and you just stash the box in the ceiling. The installation could be easier if it was a better design, but it isn't that big of a deal and the results are outstanding.

I purchased a set of these 60W 7800lumen 5000k LED panels for a customer that was looking to get a comparable light source to his 160W 4ft fluorescent fixture only more elegant.Not only these are nowhere near 7800 lumens they also appear to be more like 4000K maybe 4500K. I have other 5000K units that look brighter, cooler and consume 10W less.Overall they are not bad units just mislabeled and not as bright as I needed. Also, I purchased these used in "very good" condition and they came bent and with spots and scratches, that NOT what anyone could consider "very good".All this adds up to a week delay for my client to see results, it's not looking good.
