Easy attachment, sturdy; nice aesthetic; not too bulky!
Just make sure you order the right version, since there's one for the 2012 (aka "old" 3ds) and one for the 2015 (aka "new" 3ds) model.Fits perfectly, snap on easy, super clear and nice to look at, no wobble or anything. System still fits in a soft 3ds case if you have one (at least, still fits in my official soft case).Looks awesome and gives great peace of mind, especially if you have a limited or custom shell that you want to protect, or you want to apply stickers and not worry about the consequences. These things are great, wish I'd known about them years ago!

Fit right in
Fit right in for old gen 3DS XL. It is not too tight, it hug right onto the body with no problem. It is a bit loose like other other users mentioned but not too loose it separate unwanted.While keeping the console clean and adds a protection, it also add some thickness to the game pad so it grip hold better.It is a rare find bit with a great value!

Great feeling case
Good case, fits good and easy to put on but the hinge is cheap and feels like it could break very very easily.

This will fit the Nintendo 3ds XL, not the ”NEW” Nintendo 3ds XL. Nonetheless, works great!

Case protector for Nintendo 3DS XL
I bought this for my New Nintendo 3DS XL, but I didn't realize my version is newer. This doesn't work on the New Nintendo 3DS XL. It only fits the regular Nintendo 3DS XL so please make sure you have the right version before purchase.

The bottom half of my 3DS LL snapped in easily.The top half was quite a challenge but, it eventually popped in.Worth the money! It's not too bulky, i love the look and, the buttons are still easy to access. <3

Works as a shell, but the hinge will break
I bought two of these over the last few months, and both broke at the left hinge. I don't travel with the 3DS, I only got these for scratch protection during normal use. However the hinge is a crucial part of the 3DS, so through normal use of the device I would expect the case to not break. I gave it two stars because it does work to protect from scratches, but since the case broke, I can't be certain the broken part won't scratch the 3DS anyway
