It's a real beauty! I just got it a couple of hours ago, and it arrived in a timely fashion as well as being packaged perfectly via excellent protection by way of foam and a quality box.The handle is super-comfortable for my somewhat large hands, and I love it that it's 18 ounces of capacity. The loose tea strainer is excellent as is the lid that keeps the heat in.I did notice one little imperfection. At the bottom of the handle (as seen in the photo), you'll notice that there's a whitish streak that didn't get enough paint before it went into the kiln. I'm nitpicking, but I figure if the good people at Mora see this Review, then maybe they'll want to up the quality control a bit so that their fine product will be perfect, instead of near-perfect.All in all I would give this lovely cup 10 stars if I could. And if ever I should lose or break it, I'd not hesitate to order another one.

This is the best tea mug I have purchased. I have purchased more tea steeper mugs than any human has a right to. I have also broken more tea steeper mugs than any human should. I am rough on my tea equipment. I microwave my water like a heathen and have dropped my lid off the top several times. I know this is not invincible but it is tough as nails and larger than average. I love this thing. I will probably buy more of them.

Nice mug but I wish the lid fit better or wasn’t ceramic. I’ve dropped the lid once already and I’ve only had it a few hours. Otherwise beautiful mug.

Great tea mug for loose leaf tea. Originally I had bought one of those glass tea mugs with a infuser but the leaves would slip through the slits and the glass would always feel cheap. This mug is well made an you'll have none of the issues with the free tea leaves escaping the infuser.

This arrived in perfect condition and I enjoy using it. Very good quality product. When I use the lid it keep the tea/coffee hot for a very reasonable amount of time.

I love this mug. Looks great and feels solid. 10/10
