We needed something in his cage that would get his attention and his love of chewing
Our Cockatiel LOVES this toy. We let our little guy fly around once a day and when he is out he loves chewing books and the newest is our picture frames. We needed something in his cage that would get his attention and his love of chewing. This product is the only toy he actively uses and enjoys. I am purchasing another one tonight. It lasts about a month and a half maybe more depending on how much your little one chews. Since we have used he is not chewing up the house!

Good quality. As pictured. I like it. My conure ignorance it!
I like this bird toy. Sadly, so far my green cheek conure does not. I’ve tried it for a week at a time, several times, and after a quick look she totally ignores it. Tried it on her big play gym too. No interest! Good quality like all the Bonka toys though.

Funny Toy But Be Aware of the Small Pieces
These are fun, but there are some soft spongy pieces on them that concerned me. My parrot loves to shred paper, but I was concerned she might ingest the spongy pieces. I finally removed them.

It is great for big parrots like , macaws or amazon parrots.
I bought for my Quaker parrots but they got scared because is really big.

I bought this toy for our African senigal. It took a while for him to not be spooked by the new toy, but its just about all chewed up by now! He seemed to really like it.

SMELLS! Not suitable 4 BIRDS-RETURNED
Smelled bad, like perfume or something. Had to return. Sadly Amazon will probably try to resell to another poor unwitting new bird-owner who doesn’t yet know bad smells can actually kills parrots…esp smaller birds.
