Worked as expected

Good for the money. If one needs stronger, pieces, may not be your first choice. Worked fine for me.

Hip replacement surgery and prior to it I was using these items. Bending over to pick up something from the floor did not happen. the gripper pick-er-upper gets used a lot, a well thought out device. The stick with the hooks on the end has also seen a lot of use, helps with pants shoes etc. The Sock put-er-on-er takes some cajoling, coaxing and multiple tries to get the system. I have to push as much of the sock as possible onto the tube then shove my foot as far as possible (to the toe of the sock), then pull the sock put-er-on-er up. The little foam pad floating around in the bag goes on the bottom side of the sock end. This is what pulls the sock on, otherwise you pull the tube out and ya got a wad of sock half on your foot. The sponge-on-a-steek works ok. It allows soap to go places where it hasn't been for a while. The handle is a tad light, so can't really bear down and scrape the barnacles off without fear of the handle failing. But it does work and certainly works better than wishing I could reach my feet. A worthy purchase, definitely made arduous chores easier. I haven't used/needed the elastic laces or the shoe horn...Yet. The shoe horn did get spider up in the back corner of the closet, but has not seen a shoe yet.

The reacher is really only suitable for picking up a dropped tissue or perhaps a sock. The shoe horn, on the other hand is built like a tire iron. The sock putter on, is the best thing since sliced bread, positively brilliant for about a month then does not work as well, plastic looses spring. The long reach shoe horn is diseptive, looks like would double as a tire iron but is very flimsy and bends easily. On the whole the set is good for a short recuperation but not for full time needs.

This was an invaluable kit of things I used after my hip surgery! It was well worth it's money.

I purchased this before my hip replacement surgery. It has everything that you need to help in your rehabilitation. The grabber is the best tool. It is light but lifts heavy items just as well as the very smallest item. I use the grabber several times a day. The tool is very helpful with your socks. I have used everything in this kit. Great value!

Nice package with many things needed after surgery

Knee replacement patient, bought for sock tool and shoehorn. At this price kit made sense 2 nd grabber( she had one) and scrubber may be useful as well
