All Terrain Recovery Rub Soothing Massage Cream 3oz, Natural Relief for Muscle Aches and Pains

I hate the wintergreen smell of most pain rubs so I prefer this scent. It’s menthol but not wintergreen. I’ve been having trouble finding it in local stores so I was pleased to find it here. Works well on my middle-aged aches and pains.

Although it was more expensive than the last time I bought All Terrain Recovery Rub, I purchased it anyway, because of it's effectiveness. The higher amount of arnica in it seems to draw out the inflammation and quiet the pain of arthritis in joints and muscles. It is not for internal use, I know, but the menthol is an odor I do not find offensive and holding my fingers near my nostrils before washing away what remains is helpful for soothing nostrils, too. I do wish it didn't cost so much - not having to pay shipping and handling helped somewhat, however..

I found this rub to be perfect for sore muscles. Worked better than arnica ointment. Smell is a bit strong - would have liked it to be odorless but still it worked well.

With two marathoners in the house, this stuff is a lifesaver! We go through quite a bit of this when one of us gets a tight hammy or other muscle during training. It also offers unparalleled relief after long races during those first couple rough days. It’s so soothing for torn-up leg/hip muscles and sore backs. This stuff works better for me than any Aspirin or other pain relief medication. It’s not as greasy as IcyHot or other similar lotions. I just wish I could buy it in an even bigger bottle!

I have been having issues with one of my knees on and off for many years after an old injury, as well as tendonitis, and after just using this for the very first time I already love it. :) I love the more natural ingredients compared to old school balms and salves, and it will likely be a staple in my medicine cabinet for years to come.

I bought this for my husband because he is always hurting something. I actually was the one who got real relief from it. I had a terrible stiff neck and it was keeping me awake. I was becoming increasingly short tempered due to constant pain. My husband rubbed this on me and withing 10 minutes the tingling and heat made my shoulders relax. I was able to sleep. I love this stuff and will continue to buy. Unfortunately my Husband did not get same relief.

This is a good product for minor acute n chronic pain management. I am a massage therapist, I use this on my clients and I use it myself. It has arnica, camphor and a couple other pain relievers. At this price point, its a good deal and for me, a reliable stand by for sore low back, over worked knees and elbows and any other muscle or joint that hurts.
