Slightly Above Average Bench
I would call this bench slightly Above Average. The p is reasonable for what you get but I liked the last bench I had more and it was slightly cheaper. The Good:The b nch is really sturdy. I mean it could probably hold a 300 pound person benching 100 pound dumbells. Also not quite as easily to put together as videos may indicate bi you are looking at about 25 to 30 minutes from beginning to end. Overall build quality is great. I'm sure the bench will last forever if you decide to keep it that long. The Bad:The resistance bands that are included are way too light to be good for anything. I won't evet use them. Doing situps on it also are kind of awkward they end up hit the back of your leg. It also feels touch lower than it should be by maybe about 4 inches.Verdict: if you just want a bench to use to lift weights then it does that well. If you care about using it for situps or any other ab workout then you may want to make other choices.

Top tier for this price range
I’ve had this bench for two months now, using it at least three times a week. If you’re reading reviews, you know you can spend a lot more on a bench or even a bit less. My 5 stars is specifically for this price range, not against all benches that one could possibly buy. I am 6’3”, 200lb, and I am doing all kinds of strength training with barbells and dumbbells. For those activities, this is meeting almost all of my needs. The padding is good, and I don’t have any immediate concerns about the quality. Feels like it’s going to hold up well. The head portion can be extended (with bolts, not something you will do more than once probably), but I found it to be better for me at the lower position. The adjustments hit all the right angles for me, both with the back and the seat. The ankle pads are also in a good spot, and have good adjustments, although I don’t use them much. While the bench does have a decline option, I would not say it’s not the best. Doing decline crunches works, but I feel like it’s lacking proper support behind the knees. I have only seen very expensive benches do decline positions well, at least for someone as tall as me. Stability is pretty good for anything laying down or seated. No wobbling at all. Tricep dips are also stable. Using this for loaded hip thrusts is possible but not great. I have managed to use it by putting the bench against a squat rack to keep it from moving away from me. To be fair, you would need a pretty substantial bench to resolve this problem. Doing incline curls, with your chest against the bench, can be tricky if you’re tall. But I’ve found putting my feet on the bench feet makes it more stable. I am not lifting crazy amounts of weight, but I would not be worried about this supporting about 500 lbs total. The angle adjustment is a spring loaded, pull motion pin, that also screws in to be sure it won’t move. It’s quite easy to adjust, while also not making me worry about it. It does fold up, and has a convenient handle at the seat to help carry it. I wish there was less of a gap between the seat and the back, but that is a feature you will need to pay more for.Overall this is a great bench for the price. Don’t go into this expecting the perfect bench because you aren’t paying the price for that. I’d say this gets you about 80-90% there though. I have no regrets with the purchase at $150, and this should satisfy all but the most serious home gym needs.

If you have a small apartment or limited space, this is the bench for you.
Great bench, easy to assemble, adjust to all exercises, with a little imagination you can do a whole lot with those cables, even legrazes.

King and Queen Keppi
I purchased the keppi 3000 8/24 and have been very impressed but moving it in and out of the power rack takes time. I wanted a smaller bench that I could leave in the rack and leave the bigger bench in the open for wide shoulder moves. This seems to be a good fit. I've only had it a day but seems to be good quality and a solid bench. Now I have a King and Queen bench

It's Okay
Needed a new bench on a budget when I started rebuilding my home gym. This technically works but is really lacking. Tapered benches just don't cut it, it gets way to narrow at the top. It's awkward to try doing bench dips, hip thrusts, or Bulgarian split squats with because the taper doesn't give you a uniform edge to brace against. It will also cause shoulder issues for bench press long term, it's just not wide enough.I do like that it's light enough to move around quickly and the incline adjustment is secure.
