The Song of Songs

In my humble view, Watchman Nee is divinely appointed by God to explain the personal relationship God want/has with his people that are, as much as possible at the time, able to turn there lives over to him. To God be the Glory for this book. Watchman Nee had the time to become very close to God, as Paul did, since they shared the experience of being in prison. This is not a light read, but a slow study in the blessing and mysterious spiritual relationship a man or women has with God. A person who has not turned their life over to God the Father, God the Son, God the Holly Spirit, will not get it, or understand it.

An absolutely "must read" for those who have struggled with understanding why Song of Songs is considered to be such a high-spiritual and holy book .... not talking about man and wife, but clarifying rather, the relationship between Christ (the Groom), and His Bride (the individual believer as well as the church). Very deep theology.

It explains the Song of Songs so well! Truly Holy Spirit inspired! In my opinion, it gets so deep I had to reread it and not only did it deepen my understanding for the love the God has for us but also deepened my love for the Lord! This book is definitely a must read if you want to go deep with our Lord!

An excellent exposition of Canticles - and a great companion to the Hudson Taylor teaching, Union and Communion.

I have received great confirmation and revelation from this book. I bought 3 more to shared with others.

It's a different version than the original. A little disappointed.

This is a great book and an easy read.
