Essential sculpting tool
I bought these to work with Green Stuff for miniature painting, so keep that in mind as you read on. Green stuff is a bit stiffer to work with than clay, and for my first few uses I really thought the rubber tips were going to pull out, but then I realized that's just how flexible these tools are. You get a good variety of sizes for the money, allowing you to do some pretty decent detail work. If you dip them in water (essential for Green Stuff), they pick up just the right amount to let you work without waterlogging the specific spots you're sculpting. I can honestly say that my work is better for having bought these.

These are nothing close to clay shapers by Royal Sovereign
These are good enough if you are buying them for kids who will only tear them up. I actually will buy more to give as gifts for my young students. If you are an artist or hobbyist, consider these as trash. They are crooked. They fall apart with use. The silicone is too soft. The geometry of the tips is poorly designed. The price and quality mean these are only fit for children. If you are an adult, you will want the real deal, made by Royal Sovereign.

Very Flexible
These are as described. I with they weren't as flexible as they are.

Just Ok
Just got these so I haven't had a chance to use them yet. Their firmness seems fine for what I want to do (placing/moving greenstuff/molding clay), but the tips of two brushes came off easily in my hands. Looks like they either weren't glued or crimped correctly. For the price, I'm not complaining because I can easily fix it. They still get a star down though for the quality.
