The band is good to have for progression overload as necessary. I have the purple colour one as well and they have been both very successful and useful to have in my gym bag. Will probably get the other colours when the time comes.

After reading the reviews and doing my research I decided to purchase this piece of equipment. I purchase the 40-80 lbs band. Not to use to lift my body, because we both know the band has to be stronger and thicker to hold a person. I use this band for yoga and Pilate. It is amazing!!! To be honest this is the only band you will need to do all your strengthening exercises. However, I couldn't resist and went overboard with purchasing workout bands. Give this band a try it's affordable and gets the job done.
