Works great!
I took this to my job to use and we have dropped it a thousand times and put it back together and it keeps on working great. It's easy to use and easy to read. We hold our breath everytime we put it back together and reclean it and it works like new. I've had this several months now and it has had a workout. It's definately worth buying.

The stars are for the color, the thermometer blows
Well, this lasted about a week, falling out of my sleeve multiple times a day. The last fall, the wires disconnected. So that’s a great time.I won’t lie, I purchased this same one a second time— because the color matches my custom knives and other chef accessories in my kit. Silly reason, for sure. But I’m super gluing the case top on so when it falls, it doesn’t bust open.

Thermometer works correctly. Doesn't stay secure in sleeve. Fell out onto floor, came apart.

Purple Thermometer
The thermometer is used daily in the foodservice operation.If you don't know that you should turn the thermometer cover before taking it off the thermometer you could damage the thermometer.

I wouldn't order again.
Worked great. The problem was the top kept coming off where the battery goes and the cap over the point also wouldn't stay. Ended up breaking in no time.

Falls out of sleeve very easily and comes apart once it falls out easily. Lasted me maybe a month.
