If I have a "con" to list, it would be that the adhesive strip that holds them into your garment could be stronger -- but that being said, I found it adequate if carefully pressed into place on clean fabric. Odor control is quite effective, too, and they're thin enough to not be obviously under any but the tightest-fitting garments.

these pads provide limited protection. they are long and narrow, making uncomfortable to wear under some clothing plus only small area provides absorption. They work okay but need to change more freuently than other brands
