I like that this automatic dispenser uses standard size rolls of brown paper towel that you can get at Costco. The Ensure brand requires that you use their propriety towels.

I bought this touchless towel dispenser to replace the pull and tear type that I originally bought because of the lower price and let me tell you - what a difference! This dispenser doesn't get clogged like the old one and it dispenses perfect size sheets every time. I am still on the same set of batteries I originally bought so this doesn't eat them up like I thought it might. Loadng the towels is a bit tricky the first time you do it so pay attention. It comes with a wavy key that can easily be lost so make sure you keep it in a safe place (you can always buy a replacement key though). Buy this product, you won't be disappointed

Under "Product Features" it states "Dispenses 10" standard paper portions of all roll qualities consistently without waiting." So I ordered the dispenser and 10" paper rolls. I mounted the dispenser (Model T1390TBK) on the wall and went to install the 10" paper rolls, but they don't fit. When I looked at the dispenser box, it says 8" rolls, so the product description is incorrect. What a waste of my weekend coming into the office.

I love the automation and it is very reliable
