Bough this for my home office. Gets used for 2-3 hours most weekdays. Comfortable, durable. The hydraulic raise/lower still works perfectly and holds its place. I'm 250 pounds, and the chair looks brand new after almost 2 years. I'd buy another one.

I would recommend this product for those that only use it occasionally, maybe a couple times a week. If you use this 40 hours a week you will need a new one in 6 months or less. Material wears out and things start to fall apart with heavy usage.. Looks great, functions well can adjust height and recline. But again I would spend a little extra if this was a chair I used for full time work. With light usage I can see this chair lasting 2-3 years.

Bottom broke. Rollers scratch floor, arm broke and Arm broke a little over a year and they wont warrantyI had it maybe a month and the roller leg broke then the arm, then the arm again but just over a year and I called and they wont warranty, it is a manuracture defect because it breaks at the bolt hole, I guess they want you to buy a chair every year.

It's mostly a fine chair and a good value. It reclines quite nicely, which is hard to find in a cheap chair. Here's the deal breaker: although the seat back is only 26" , it has a "protruding headrest." I'm six feet tall and the headrest hits me across the bottom of my shoulder blades. My wife is 5' 4" and it doesn't reach her neck. Instead of a headrest you have a bump on your upper back that pushes you forward. But super comfy for my nine year old. I'm going to add a pillow and try to make the best of it. I'd advise you to look for a nice flat back on a chair this size, nothing protruding.

Lasted just beyond the Product Support period, then broke. The seat support along one side suddenly snapped. The chair was used by a young adult man of average weight, and not misused.
