Just Started But... "Eehh"
Haven't seen any difference from night till day, no secretions. The stickers are far too small to hold it in your belly button hole, the stickers barely fit. I use big fabric type bandaids or athletic compression tape. I noticed no matter my movement the sticker moved then I was wondering, if the ball is still in my belly button It was there!!!! Im No Dummy... Lol. Went through 3 the first night and only 1 each night since. I'm just not showing results but TIME.

This causes severe itchiness to my belly button area and took days to go away. Be sure to try it right away so you can get your money back if it doesn't fit your skin type. I tried it way too late, so I have to suck it up.

Did not work for me
I was excited about them but by the time I did a week of it I was over it it did not stay in place even if you put a Band-Aid over it to make it stay

Tried these for two months- eating right still and regular work outs, did nothing for helping me shed any weight.
