Handy Premium Crab Cakes, 4 Ounce - 24 per case.

Thee are truly deluxe crabcakes - mostly lump crab meat with a minimum of filler. They are hand packed then partially cooked then flash frozen. The 4 oz version is typically used by caterers. I discovered the 3 oz version of the product at a local high end grocery store many years ago and when they stopped carrying them I contacted the Handy crab folks to find out where else i could get them on the west coast. When my last local source closed down I tried all the local high end stores and finally wound up buying on line at Amazon. These crabcakes are not cheap, but the quality makes them good value. If you love crabcakes and would like to try something that is mostly lumps of crab and not mushy filler with a crab flavor...then i heartily recommend these.

I can't believe the other review. Very little crab, lots of filler that seemed like soggy bread. This is the kind of product that you try to eat one and then throw them away.
