Mix Quality Varies on Purpose
Okay, real quick, I could never get this to satisfactorily stay together as a crust. I mean 'satisfactorily', meaning I can, but it doesn't work as well. So, I bought a three pack for Thanksgiving because I missed pie, and I was tired of people eating pie around me last year during the holidays when it's one of my favorite things. So this year I got this box of three to try it out.Pumpkin Pie: It gave me a crust that was solid, but the taste was hard. I ate the bottom, but I didn't bother with the sides. I had a little extra pumpkin mix and just put the mix straight into another dish instead and cooked it. Results, it tasted about the same. So, I think I'll just forgo crust on my pumpkin pies.Cherry Cheesecake: This was fantastic! However, it didn't hold together, but it tasted like a real crust with that real graham cracker taste I wanted. You start out first by making your crust and freezing it for an hour. After that, you fix your pie. Well, of course Pumpkin Pie is in the oven for a long duration, so I imagine that is why it didn't handle it so well. However, I used an already prepared cheesecake mix and berry filling, so there was no baking on the second.I would say to get a decent crust with a decent taste, someone might want to do a pie that takes less time in the oven. For my purposes though, I don't mind the crumbly crust on my cheesecake. At least I get to have yummy graham cracker with my cheesecake! Also, the graham cracker taste is awesome by itself, so I might by some actually graham crackers instead next time.

Best gluten-free grahams crackers crust
Love these Graham crackers crumbs for making , cheesecake, cookies or pie crusts. They are gluten-free so I can provide dessert for friend and family without affecting their dietary needs. The texture is perfect, and they are easy to use. The flavor is exceptional.

Hit and a miss
These tasted fine much like regular graham cracker crumbs. They are overpriced.I needed them to make a Thanksgiving lemon pie. When mixed with butter and sugar they made a crust so hard I couldn't cut through it.The next dessert I made key lime parfaits. Same thing again mixed with butter the bottom crumples stuck to the glass serving dish and you couldn't cut through them.If you waited for them to come to room temperature your filling would have been warm and runny.I don't know how other people had success with this. I would rather not have a graham cracker crust then have to chisel through to serve it!

Excellent product with great flavor
Used in banana cream and pumpkin pie, could not tell the difference versus regular graham crackers. Will be buying soon as I will run out shortly.

has potato starch
it may be very good, but I didn't catch in the ingredients before I bought that it has potato starch. I will use it but very little at a time. Potatoes are not good for my grass allergies.
