Do we ever really know if a supplement actually works? Probably not; unless, that is, it suddenly cures us of a dread disease. For the most part we take supplements on faith, hoping they do what they're supposed to do. This supplement is no different. But what I do know is that it's the most potent pre/probiotic I could find for the lowest price on Amazon. So I've been buying these for years, and everyone in my family takes them with meals every day.

These contain probiotics that are mostly harmful and not helpful. That’s why it’s so cheap!
