Embryolisse Gentle Waterproof Make-up Remover MilkThis is a lotion-like makeup remover that has a base of mineral oil. Mineral oil is fantastic for my super dry skin and this works well to remove basic foundation and normal eye shadow. It struggles a bit with anything waterproof including sunscreen. I had on some waterproof liquid eye shadow and this didn't even make a dent in getting that off my skin. I found myself wanting to rub it furiously which defeats the purpose of a gentle cleanser. You might want to try this with a Makeup Eraser or microfiber cloth to get those off.It comes in a plastic blastic bottle and the cap is really flimsy - it doesn't stay in place so if you plan on traveling with this, you should put it in a different container. It expires in 1.25 and should be used within 12 months of opening. It is not safety sealed. At first, I wasn't all that impressed with this makeup remover, probably because I tried it using waterproof eyeliner, mascara, and liquid lipstick. It didn't do anything for removing makeup. This picture I included of the liquid lipstick with the makeup remover on it, I had rubbed it in and even scratched it, and nothing. It didn't even make a little of the color dull. Then I tried it on regular and non-waterproof makeup and it did a pretty good job removing it.It's a very thick cream and a little goes a long way but I think it does make your skin feel very soft and healthy. It leaves a slightly tacky feeling behind, nothing too tacky but tacky nonetheless. I love embryolisse products, they are very rich, creamy, and moisturizing. I do recommend this for non-waterproof products but on waterproof makeup, you will still need to stick to oil to get it all off.

This works fine. You apply just a dab to a cotton ball or fingers and massage it in and around your eyes. This is weird to me, because it's white and looks like a thinner lotion. But it doesn't sting or irritate my eyes or skin at all. It does wipe off cleanly and takes the waterproof mascara with it. I will continue to use this - one bottle will lasts for months and months. Maybe my mind will change with use because I'll get into a new habit, but I find Almay make up removing wipes to be easier and just as effective.

Current price $25.00 for 6.76 ounces. When I first opened the bottle I was a bit surprised. It seemed more like a cream or lotion than a cleanser. That being said, this stuff is great. Works wonderfully at removing make-up while cleaning my skin and does a great job at moisturizing at the same time! I feel like it's too products in one! No eye or skin irritations from using this product. I know others had issues with waterproof mascara but I don't wear waterproof so maybe that's why I had no problem. 4 Stars. Hope you find this review and pictures helpful. It truly is a 3 in 1 for me - cleanses, does remove my make-up, and moisturizes my skin and it feels so soft!
