Genuine ReviewI am giving you all a genuine review.At the cost of Rs 3000 what do you expect ? such a nice product in very low price.one should go for it . The heating is superb and you will not feel the lack of oxygen in the room.Must go for it coz it's cheaper than oil heater and takes vey less time for heating the room.

DONT BUY ,ITS BIG WASTAGE OF MONEY.ITS VERY FRAGILE. - PARTS ARE VERY WEAK -WHEELS,COVER,SWITCH,KNOB .PLASTIC USED IS ALSO OF VERY INFERIOR QUALITY.I HAVE FACED ISSUES RIGHT FROM BEGINNING AND IN ABOUT TWO MONTHS TIME ,IT HAS STOPPED WORKING ALTOGETHER, WAITING SINCE 2WEEKS FOR REPAIR FROM BRAND. EVEN THE HEATING IS NOT EFFECTIVE.its a showpiece.IN SHORT GO IN FOR AN OFR HEATER FROM OTHER BRANDS.(MORPHY RICHARDS, BOROSIL,ETC.)

For Rs-3000, it is great product. Heating is decent, at par with blowers but does not have health disadvantages. Fit and finish could be better, stand is not good, wheels are not easy to assemble.

The media could not be loaded. 16/9/2024The inordinate delay in delivery.Secondly that a few parts inside the net is dismantle, screws are open and moving inside. Couldn't install, had to lodge a complaint with Havells immediately. However, Havells took care of the problem, arranged one technician who would visit tomorrow after a phone call confirmation. Let's see how he can manage correcting the item, else we have to return the item.This is our second online purchase from brand Havells, the first one is a 2 kg Blaze heavy weight iron ,a fantastic product from Havells through amazon.This second purchase of room heater attracted due to the Braand value, it's discounted price of course the reviews from verified purchasers of Amazon.But unfortunately, this unit came with some lacking, hoping that Havells should definitely address immediately.Otherwise, return is the ultimate with unnecessary harrasment.Looking forward to see the best from Amazon and Havells tomorrow.Performance, efficiency and other things is yet to test due to some defect. Definitely I would share the next review once it is working.17/09/2024As said above my latest review goes for an update. It's all about the sincere efforts by Havells team to take care of the issues and deficiency in product, immediately after a complaint lodged yesterday. The technician sent by Havells team was very sincere and within a short time set right the heater, fitted theStand and tested the unit. Thanx for sincere efforts by Havells team and the technician Mr Hardas Ghosh. He explained the total operations of the unit which seems to be useful.Initially it is working fine. After all it's from Havells.Definitely another positive review would be there within a couple of weeks, when it will be fully functional during the winter, which is not so far and shantiniketan a place famous for witnessing a sudden drop in temperature every winter almost to a level of 6-7 degree Celsius.Hope my Next review would be to recommend for a buy this product from Havells, the Brand that speaks.

Works great as intended. Ease of use, nice control panel. Very light, comes with wheels, so easily moveable. Mine came defective, one of the plate out of 4 came unscrewed, had to claim warranty on Day 01! Heating functionality works like a charm, but sometimes make burning smell. Also, when it gets heated and cools down makes some weird noise out of nowhere(like a pataka is bursting but in 1% volume). Overall value for money! I use it in a 25*15 feet room, never had to use blanket in this Delhi's cold, which means, it works!

I had purchased this room heater thinking that it is a Havells brand. Unfortunately, they sent a defective non-working piece.After that I am being made to run from pillar to post.First I was told that I will have to contact Havells and Havells has to send a technician who will certify that it is defective and needs to be returned. Which the Havells person certified after following up several times.Then Amazon told me that it would be picked up in maximum 2 days and a replacement would be provided at the time of pickup of the defective piece. This never happened because the pickup person never came but late in the night will send a message that no one was at home.Now for the last 15 days, Amazon is going on trying to get this picked up, but nothing is happening.AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT OTHERWISE YOU ARE SURE TO BE CHEATED.

The heating is quick and efficient, and surprising for a machine this light, sleek and low wattage. The room we're using it in is at least 200 sq ft, with very high ceilings. Much more comfortable than heaters belting out hot air and/or the direct heat from heating rods. Very good for families living in cold locations. No noise whatsoever. Easy to operate. Needed some effort to figure out how to assemble the support plates. Excellent value for money.Edited: the chord length is very short, so mobility is terribly restricted. Also, I purchased it at 3k, then found it had risen to 7k when I went back to buy a 2nd piece, then it went back down to 3k during some sale. At 3k it is value for money, but at 7k it is probably less value than an oil filled heater.
