These protective sleeves are perfect for what I want to protect my precious album collection.

These are far to thick and not easy to use .They also emit static when trying to open them for use ,not good for vinyl .on the plus side they will probably out last any one over 50!!!!

°Such a struggle to get in.°The pvc gets stuck on the vinyl.° Will most likely cause damage trying to get the vinyl in these dodgy sleeves.° Horrible to take vinyl out once in.° Buy something else.° Better off in the bin.

It takes very little time researching online the danger of using PVC sleeves or liners to keep a record in... over time the compound that makes up PVC WILL eventually ruin the record inside and potentially those adjacent. If you have a wee smell of a PVC sleeve there is a notable odour from new, something that should trigger an alarm bell immediately. After a while this breakdown will cause a cloudy visual effect on the LP and this bonding doesnt clean off without abrasively ruining the record anyway... you cant win and the records done for. People may like PVC because it looks clearer than Polyeth and shows of the jacket and artwork better but be in no doubt it is for people eho collect records only and dont mind losing their value, not folks who want to cherish them, play them and hand them down or sell at a later date
