Learning Resources Playfoam Starter Original Pack (Set of 4), EI-1900

This is really good for a sensory/messy play toy. It’s a foamy like texture and doesn’t dry out like ordinary playdoh or slime. It’s so easy to clean up you just use another piece to pick up the broken off parts, sticks right back together. It’s not ovally stretchy and does break up rather then stretch so not too suitable for littler ones. (Also has polystyrene type balls in). It also has no horrible smell to it!! Would defiantly buy more.

These are really fun tactile little beads. The little foam beads don't change their shape but they stick together magically so that you can mould the mass into different shapes, separate it, roll it, poke holes in it, squidge it. They are addictive to play with.We use ours on a tray or a table because we found that if they get on a carpet they get bits of fluff stuck in them. We store ours in a airtight box but you don't need to.

I have not cleaned it. The paste is slightly going off. I have put it in a box and sealed it. Kids played with it for a day or two before it got dirty.

The kids (as well as I) love these. This is very similar to playdough but less messy. The texture of it is foreign, it makes the kids not want to put it down. I also find that this is easier to sculpt and make things from it than playdough. We’ve had these for a couple of weeks and they don’t seem to dry up at all which is a huge bonus.They do however get a bit smaller once you play with them for a while, but my kids just combine them all together so they don’t really feel much of a difference. On the whole, I highly recommend these.P.s. the colours in the picture are what you get.

I use these as a stress ball at work. I know they're technically a kids toy, but I really like the feel of the foam. I also like that you can rip it apart and put it back together. I use one foam ball at a time, when it gets a bit grotty, I just bin it and start on a new one. It doesn't leave any residue so it's great to use at my desk in the office. I also keep the foam ball out on my desk when i'm not using it, and so far they haven't dried up (it's been weeks)As for a kids toy, parents might be disappointed that the foam can get grotty quite quickly (especially if kids with dirty hands use them), but as these foam balls are super cheap I don't think you can expect longevity from them.

Bought this for my nearly 3 year old as I had bought it for my eldest at same age and was fab.This time around unless it was my batch was different.Had no stretch at all was very dry and crumbled everywhere, still find it now in my rugs! Was binned unfortunately

Great fun can build things with it, brought a larger pack to add to it after this purchase which was a tester to see if a success vs playdoh (that dries out and is frustrating). it has a very different use vs playdoh but can build and shape things with your hands, and the stickiness is just right and helps in the clearing up!
