Seemed to help with childbirth!
Used this in combination with other products ment to help and assist with labour and delivery. Obviously cant say for sure if this helped but my labour was 7 hours start to finish. Small capsules. Easy to take one at a time (dose is 2 at a time). Definitely take with water because they are dry capsules that can get stuck otherwise. Nice small capsule bottle with a lid my son isnt able to undo. High potency. Great health benefits too. Recommended if you want an alternative to the tea. I preferred these personally.

Very Good Product!
I started to take this 2 caps per day starting 37 weeks and 3 caps until the birth of my baby. My labour was not easy but was considered short instead. I went from 6 to 10 cm in less than 3 hours and baby was born in less than an hour. I really felt that this product has helped me a lot.

Would recommend
I took these from 32 weeks onwards with my second child after having a horrible time delivering my first baby, I ended up delivering at 39 weeks and had a brilliant textbook birth. I also ate dates alongside these. Active labour was 5 hours with a pushing stage of just 15 minutes. I unfortunately had a second degree tear but this was due to my baby coming out with his fist by his head but apart from that I had no complications at all. I really believe these helped me and would recommend them to every pregnant woman :)

Pregnancy
After a growth scan at 30 weeks I was told my baby was 5.6 already. I was tld to expect a 10. 5lb baby so thoght I start these to ease the labour a bit. Started taking 3 a day at 32 weeks pregnant Im now at 34 weeks and I take 4 a day. I have just ordered another tub and intent to take one extra each week. I haven't noticed any side effects, no cramping etc they dont taste great, like black tea I think. I dnt drink tea so not sure but there's definatly nothing rasberry about them. Easy enogh to swallow. Always check with your midwife 1st. Everyone is diffent I only started taking them in the dose I did as was told if baby kept growing I'd be induced early as she's huge. As for the effects on birth labour etc ill wrote another review when I know.UpdateI carried on taking 1 extra per week. I Woudlnt say they in ore labour I was taking 6 per day at 36 weeks. I took 8 per day from 37 weeks when I had 2 sweeps and have now stopped taking them as I'll be induced tomorrow at 38 weeks

This really does work.
My daughter bought these on my recommendation. I took them from 38 weeks pregnant when I was having her. Had her a week early and within 4 hours. My daughter was just one day over, had a very quick labour but be warned, a quick labour will generally be more intense..which we both found out !! Definately worked for us.

Not a miracle worker
I been taking this since I was 32 weeks pregnant started with 2 a day then once 35 took 4 a day then once 37 took 6 a day. Ended up having a c section in the end due to late onset pre eclampsia at 38 weeks, my cervix was still closed and not even dilated after 5 days of being induced.I was also drinking the tea and doing everything that’s recommended but goes to show that baby will decide how they arrive into the world and to expect the unexpected when it comes to birth

Good
Great for late pregnancy (read or seek advice on when to take). I got fed up drinking the tea so often so these were great for me. Have also recently read taking them (or drinking the tea) on the week of your period can alleviate painful cramps.

Fast labour for first baby
I don’t usually write reviews but feel like I need to after my experience with these tablets. I started taking these from about 32/33weeks because I could not stand the tea, it tasted so so bad to me. I was taking 2 a day for the first few weeks then slowly increased to 3 tablets and then 4 tablets when i was 36 weeks onwards. I went into spontaneous labour at 38 weeks, I went from 4cm to 10cm in about 5 hours. For my first baby I was so surprised how quick my labour was, don’t get me wrong it was very intense but I was glad it was so quick! The midwives said I was labouring like id already had a baby before. I only had one small tear too. Obviously who knows if it was all down to these tablets but I honestly do think they played a massive part!
