Do what they are supposed to, nice quality and size
As I would expect from Blackrock, a good quality product that is highly visible and waterproof. I have these for walking the dog on the dark wet winter nights. Legs where a bit long for me, I'm 5' 11", but turned up with some duck tape and they are perfect. Just the job, highly recommended.

For the money there good, but after using them for 2 weeks now the waist band stitching has come undone
