No more pain
I use this for barbell hip thrusts and it does the job perfectly. I forgot my pad one week and had to use one of the gyms own pads and it was horrendous in comparison.Sturdy and protective, it withstands me hip thrusting three times per week with weight up to 180kg. I get zero discomfort when using this and will always repurchase when wear and tear gets too much.

Excellent highly reccommend
brought for mrs t9 help her when squatting. They are as thick as they look in the picture and when using it it is vwry comfy. You dont feel the bar. Fornthose that hate the bar print on thir back or the way it feels. Th8s will help you focus on just thw squat or whichever excercise you are aiming to do. The 2 strapd that come with it are a defo good idea as they keep it on place to make sure it doesnt fall off or spin round as it would. Overall an excellent product that can be trusted to support you when doing the excercise.

Best one yet
I’ve tried many pads and this one is by far the best one. Its comfy, fits on the bar with ease, and you don’t get left with marks on your hip bone.It is a little big to carry but that’s a minor issue.

Great for hip thrusts
I love this pad for my hip thrusts, it stops the bar from digging in due to the thickness. Have used for over a year so extremely durable and sturdy. Everyone at the gym has this exact one in different colours! 4/5 stars because as I reach 150kg, the bar begins to dig into my hips and causes bruising but perfect for weights under 150kg

Amazing!
Arrived one day before EDD. Came inside a cardboard box and clear plastic wrapping. It has 2 velcro strips to place around the pad so it doesn't move, but I haven't used them; the pad is firm enough to hold on to the barbell and not move. I have only used it once but must say it's the most comfortable I have tried, it is actually comfortable to do hip thrusts and barbell squats!

Game changer
I was struggling with painful bruises from hip thrust as the weight was getting heavier. I’ve tried it with 70kg and it’s honestly a game changer, foam is very firm and does the job just great. Buy it!

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. Very happy, very strong, arrived with the two straps tucked in the groove of the foam, smells platicy which is normal but definitely worth the purchase
