Some items smaller than expected
Package arrived on the first day of a 3 day window. The items were very well packaged to prevent any in-transit damage. The dinner plates and soup bowls are smaller than expected but will help me control my portion sizes. Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

Sizing is not accurate!
Plates are bigger than the description which is very annoying as I specifically wanted a smaller dinner plate as listed. Ordered 9.7 inch as advertised but they are actually 10 inch plates so I’m knocking 3 stars off for the misrepresentation. Keeping them as they are ok and a bit smaller than the plates they are replacing and I can make use of them but it’s a bit of a lottery ordering plates from here. The quality is good and they arrived well packaged, however one plate was in a very dirty state but it scrubbed up ok, you don’t really expect this when you’re paying over £23 for 6 plates.
