This helped my Gout in many ways, i took it without attacks and helped sleep but once i did have attacks after initially going on Allopurinol.. i drank this everyday and within 2 days it helped my inflammation and pain.. otherwise usually id either be on crutches or bedridden for weeks.. i also has Naproxen pain killers as directed by doctors but only for a day or so as i dont want to be taking too many of them.. usually naproxen doesnt help me so i believe this had helped me alot.. dont get me wrong i still get a niggling pain but its very minor compared to before when i would have pain non stop for weeks and months.

This product is superb. I suffer from gout attacks and was repeatedly told about cherry extract. I took a punt on this product and will continue to buy it from now on. A glass in the morning and a glass in the evening mixed with h water. Probably 2 days into my gout attack the symptoms started to alleviate. This is a must for gout suffers and many other issues plus to me it tastes amazing. Also a superb seller.

Absolutely brilliant product! I read about how cherry juice helps with gout and ordered this to check it out. Within 2 days my symptoms had disappeared and have been taking it daily ever since and have had no symptoms! Thank you:-)

It is a little sour but then it tells you it’s tart. I added some diluting juice with fizzy water and ice for the perfect sleep gal mocktail. Seems to help with sleep

My sister (A deputy Matron RN of a large well established convent nursing home) recommended this to me as I’d had a bad run of not sleeping properly for a long while, plus I’d wake in the early hours then not be able to get back to sleep until sun up. She said they use it for a lot of patients to help them sleep. Well I was a bit skeptical but thought I’d give it a shot. So I’m on my 4th bottle, I really like the stuff, those who claim it’s bitter obviously have a lot of sugar, because I think it’s quite sweet, tart but sweet… like a good old fashioned Braeburn apple if anyone knows what I mean by that!I’ve used it in cold water, I’ve used it with hot water- particularly yum as a comforting drink at this time of year. I’ve had not issues at all from this, no diarrhoea or stomach pain or any ( in case you wondered)I use quite a lot of it, to be honest. I currently get through a bottle a week. I also use it as a carrier for taking my daily DE ( diatomaceous earth) which works well as it just makes it taste a little creamier and thicker in consistency.Now… I have to say I ended up with 2wks of sleeping tablets before starting this as my sleep was that bad. But I’ve not even thought about sleep tablets since starting this! I noticed the effects after a couple of days and realised my quality of sleep is better. I’ve had a tough few weeks caring for my elderly dog with severe end stage kidney disease so it’s been late nights and constant days, unfortunately we had to say goodbye and let him go last week…and now I’ve got a stinky cough and cold. I know I’m run down and running on empty….But I’ve slept and slept pretty well all things considered. I feel a little more energetic than I normally would do. Yes I feel grotty, but not as much as I expected. I also appear to have not been hit as hard as I usually would be with chest infections etc ( she says fingers crossed)Maybe it’s the best placebo in the world…. But I for one am confident that it is helping me sleep much better, probably 98% better. It’s good for you, I really like the taste, think of those rich dark sweet tangy cherries that you occasionally find nowadays and think ‘yes, that’s what a cherry should taste like!’… that’s what you have here. Yes it’s got natural sugars in it, but that’s far better in my opinion than false chemicals that imitate sugar, the pro’s far out way the cons in that respect. I would also happily use it in cooking or on top of desserts, it’s like a very thick juice, or a thin ish sauce like consistency. I plan to try it in hot chocolate at some point, and you could easily make up something cocktail like with it. Considering the excellent quality, the taste - and the health benefits…. I think this is a very well priced investment in your health

I'm not sure why but it didn't work for me. I equally thought for the price it must be a seriously strong drink and would work. I'm not going to say that it's crap or nothing but it tastes nice that's the only thing I can say.

This stuff is great a elderly gentleman had the beginning of stoppage of the bowels 5 days this stuff worked apparently it can break down stools I can’t recommend it enough
